Glavna karakteristika ovog stila je oblikovanje prostora u harmoni\u010dnom pro\u017eimanju duha i prirode. Takvi parkovi namijenjeni su prije svega odmoru i rekreaciji gra\u0111ana, \u0161to je glavna svrha i ovog perivoja. Park povr\u0161ine 10,1 ha pod za\u0161titom je od 1963. godine.<\/p>\n<p>U parku postoji \u0161ezdesetak biljnih i \u017eivotinjskih vrsta. Park u sebi krije brojne vrijedne biljne vrste, kao \u0161to su autohtoni primjerci hrasta lu\u017enjaka, javora, crvenolisne bukve i graba te impozantne skupine starih vise\u0107ih smreka, ari\u0161a i \u0161umskog bora.<\/p>\n<p>Od egzota zna\u010dajniji su po starosti i razvijenosti kro\u0161nje katalpa, sofora, kao i \u017ealosne vrbe u opkopu dvorca. Zbog svoje dimenzije te lijepe i \u0161iroke kro\u0161nje, bukva je \u010desti stanovnik parkova i perivoja. Jedan poseban primjerak svakako je jaskanska bukva, vi\u0161estoljetno stablo perivoja dvorca Erd\u00f6dy u Jastrebarskom koje je nastradalo u oluji 2013. godine.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1636891230821{background-color: #ffffff !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Jeste li znali?&#8221;][vc_column_text]U parku se nalazi i dvorac Erd\u00f6dy. U prvotnoj funkciji bio je to dvorac tipa Wasserburg, nizinska tvr\u0111ava okru\u017eena vodenim opkopima koji su danas zasuti i ozelenjeni, ali vidljivi u obli\u010dju terena. Prema arhivskim podacima dvorac-ka\u0161tel sagradio je ban Matija Gereb izme\u0111u 1483. i 1489. godine.
