Povr\u0161ine je 2,13 ha. Park oko kurije osnovali su prvotni vlasnici Ruic de Roxas. Oblikovan je u slobodnom stilu, a u njegovom biljnom inventaru ima bjelogorice i crnogorice, od kojih se po starosti i obujmu kro\u0161nje posebno isti\u010du crvenolisna bukva prsnog promjera 1,30 m i javorolisna platana, kao i stabla ari\u0161a i smreke. Osim navedenih stabala, isti\u010du se i primjerci divljeg kestena, graba i drugih autohtonih vrsta drve\u0107a.
