I dok ljudima snijegom prekrivena polja, drve\u0107e obavijeno injem i zale\u0111ena jezera predstavljaju idili\u010dan zimski prizor, pticama je to razdoblje u kojem te\u0161ko pronalaze hranu, zaklon ili toplinu.<\/p>\n<p>Neke su ptice ove izazove rije\u0161ile odlaskom u toplije, ju\u017enije krajeve pa ih nazivamo selicama. U isto vrijeme, u na\u0161e krajeve zimi pristi\u017eu i ptice sa sjevera, bje\u017ee\u0107i od jo\u0161 surovijih uvjeta \u2013 to su zimovalice. Stanarice pak ostaju tijekom cijele godine i pravi su veterani u borbi s neda\u0107ama koje nosi zimsko razdoblje.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak, male pjevice poput sjenica, zeba, \u010de\u0161ljugara i vrabaca rado \u0107e se po\u010dastiti sjemenkama i vo\u0107em koje im pripremimo. \u0160ojke i brgljezi pa\u017eljivo spremaju ponu\u0111enu hranu u svoje skrovite \u201esmo\u010dnice\u201c, koje im slu\u017ee kao zalihe za duge zimske mjesece. Djetli\u0107i, pa \u010dak i vjeverice, posjetit \u0107e hranilice ako im ponudimo lje\u0161njake ili orahe, dok \u0107e drozdovi i kosovi potra\u017eiti bobice i vo\u0107e koje im ostavimo na prozorskim daskama ili granama.<\/p>\n<p>Hranilice napunjene sjemenkama i ko\u0161tunjavim vo\u0107em lako postaju veseli mali restorani puni vjernih i zahvalnih pernatih
